## Signing in

1. Open **https://data.ecomcart.store**.
2. Enter your **username or email** and **password**.
3. Click **Sign in**.

If you have access to several companies, switch between them at the top of the sidebar: **Switch company**.

## No account?

PIM has no self-registration. Your account is created by **your company's administrator** (owner) under **Settings → Users**. If your company has no users yet, contact EcomCart support.

## Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page click **Forgot your password?**.
2. Enter your email and click **Send link**.
3. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

## Changing your password

1. Click your name (avatar) in the top right corner → **Profile**.
2. Under **Change password** enter your current and new password.
3. Save.

You can also change your name and email in the profile (**Profile information**).

> **Security:** don't reuse your PIM password elsewhere and don't share it with colleagues — create a separate user with the right role for each person.
