Open **Translations → Costs**.

## What the page shows

- **By engine** — how much was spent on each translation engine;
- **By translation list** — what each list cost;
- **By month** — spending history;
- **Monthly limit** — how much of your plan's limit is used this month.

All amounts are **your price** (what your company pays).

## What's free

- translations from **translation memory** (reused, already translated text);
- translations from the **vocabulary**;
- texts written by you and your colleagues.

## Monthly limit

Your plan has a monthly machine-translation limit. **Only** engine-translated pieces of text count. When the limit is reached, the Overview shows **Monthly limit reached**, and new translation jobs aren't accepted until next month.

If you need a higher limit, contact support — it can be raised by changing your plan.

## How to translate for less

- Use **translation lists** in **Background, cheaper** mode — about 50% cheaper.
- Correct translations in PIM — they go into translation memory, and the same text is free next time.
