Open **Translations → Needs review**. The number next to the menu shows how many texts are waiting.

## What goes into the queue

- **machine translations** nobody has checked yet;
- **outdated** translations — the source text changed after translation.

## Page layout

On the left is the **queue** (product × language); on the right, the selected product.

Filters at the top:

- language (**All** or a specific one);
- **All** · **Source changed** · **Machine**;
- search by SKU or name.

For each field (name, short description, description, SEO title, SEO description) you see:

- the **source** with changes highlighted (struck through — old, green — new);
- the **current translation**;
- a field for the **new translation** you can edit.

**Suggest translation** asks the engine for a new version (you'll see the price). If translation memory already has a matching text, it's filled in for free.

## Actions and shortcuts

| Button | Key | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| **Accept and next** | **Enter** or **⌘/Ctrl+Enter** | Saves the translation and opens the next one |
| **Keep old** | **A** | Marks the current text as reviewed without changing it |
| **Skip** | **S** | Moves to the next one without changing anything |

While you're typing in a field, single-letter shortcuts are ignored (so you don't trigger anything by accident); **⌘/Ctrl+Enter** always works.

Your edit goes into **translation memory** — next time the same text is translated for free.

> For the **Viewer** role the page is read-only.
