Product duplicates
Two canon products with the same GTIN or MPN. Choose:
- Merge — combine into one product;
- Reject — they aren't duplicates.
Merges are recorded in the audit log.
Check queue
A supplier row that looks like an existing product, but the system isn't sure. Choose:
- Merge — attach to the existing product;
- New product — create a new one;
- Reject.
Staging log
The last 3 runs per supplier: new, matches, for checking, rejected.
