There are two ways to "hide" a product:

Excluding
- One product: in the editor set status in assortment to Off.
- Many: select products → Edit → Change status in assortment → Off.
Removing from the assortment
- One product: in the editor click Remove from catalogue.
- Many: select products → Edit → Remove from assortment.
In both cases the shared catalogue is not deleted — the product stays available to add.
We recommend Off when a product is only temporarily not needed (a seasonal item, for example) — you keep your texts and prices.
