AI suggestions
The Suggestions menu holds proposals prepared by artificial intelligence: it fills in missing properties, suggests a
category and describes images. You check and approve them — nothing changes without your decision.
The number next to the menu item shows how many suggestions are waiting.
The suggestions table
Each row has: product, property, current and suggested value, and Confidence:
- green — 80% or more;
- yellow — 60–79%;
- grey — lower (check especially carefully).
Deciding
- Confirm — the value is saved to the product;
- Reject — the suggestion disappears.
Category suggestions are accepted or rejected in the Category suggestion block.
A confirmed value is saved as your change — the shared catalogue doesn't change. AI never overwrites values entered by
hand.
Running AI processing
In the Run AI processing block choose how many products to process (1–1000, default 50) and click Start. Suggestions
appear in the table when processing finishes.
Confirming and running need permission to edit products (the Editor role or higher).
