Open Input → Suppliers.

The list

Buttons: Import all, Suspend all, Progress, New.

The list can be sorted by arbitration order: the top supplier wins each field; with equal priority the lowest ID wins. Fields changed by a person or locked are never overwritten.

Row actions: View, Import, Suspend, Open card, Edit, Delete.

Supplier card

  • Check access — checks the source is reachable with the stored credentials;
  • Run now — runs an import outside the schedule;
  • tabs: Runs, Mapping, Offers, Companies, Log;
  • the next scheduled run is shown.

Setting up a new supplier (Edit)

  1. Basic data — code, name, country, currency.
  2. Import connection — format (XML, CSV, Excel, JSON, API) and address.
  3. Accounts and access — credentials (stored encrypted).
  4. Text cleanup — stripping stray HTML, whitespace, etc.
  5. Schedule and network — a cron expression in Riga time. Avoid 03:00–04:00 (daylight-saving change). Empty = no automatic import. If the previous run is still going, the next one is skipped.
  6. Companies — which companies get new products added automatically.
  7. Data file and field mapping — which source field goes where.
  8. Import options and Updating existing products — incl. Disappearance from feed (default safety threshold 20%: if more disappear, products aren't retired).
  9. Arbitration priority.
  10. Notes.

At the bottom: Run history (status, started, rows ok/total, errors, counters), the Run import button and Image fetching → Fetch missing.

Mappings and vocabulary

  • Mappings — supplier categories → our categories. Filter unmapped only. Unmapped ones stay as a backlog.
  • Supplier vocabulary — link Unmapped axes to attributes (Link, with a suggestion); Import-created values — values the import created, rarest first.
  • Manufacturer and attribute-value mapping — still being built.
