Signing in and your password

Signing in

1. Open https://data.ecomcart.store.
2. Enter your username or email and password.
3. Click Sign in.

If you have access to several companies, switch between them at the top of the sidebar: Switch company.

No account?

PIM has no self-registration. Your account is created by your company's administrator (owner) under Settings → Users. If your company has no users yet, contact EcomCart support.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page click Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your email and click Send link.
3. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Changing your password

1. Click your name (avatar) in the top right corner → Profile.
2. Under Change password enter your current and new password.
3. Save.

You can also change your name and email in the profile (Profile information).

Security: don't reuse your PIM password elsewhere and don't share it with colleagues — create a separate user with the right role for each person.
