- Open the product → Your changes (or ⋯ → Your changes and publishing in the list).
- Scroll to Publishing to stores. There's a row for each store and each language.
- Click:
- Publish — send the product for the first time;
- Update in store — send the latest version (when the product is already published);
- Remove — remove the product from the store;
- Retry — if the previous attempt ended with an error.
The job appears in the publishing queue.
Requirements
- The product's workflow state must be Approved (in the editor's Workflow panel).
- You need the Administrator or Owner role.
- The store must be active.
Before publishing you can preview the data that will be sent.
Check readiness: a product without a description or image will look unfinished in the store too.
