Open Products → All products. The list contains every product in your assortment.
Tabs
Above the table there are quick tabs with counts:
- All — the whole assortment;
- No image — products without any image;
- No … translation — one tab for each of your additional languages (products without a name in that language).
Search
Type into Name, SKU or EAN. Search finds up to 1000 matching products.
Filters
Click a filter button to add it. Filters can be combined:
| Filter | What it selects |
|---|---|
| + Supplier | Products offered by the chosen supplier |
| + Category | Products in the category and its subcategories |
| + Status | Without excluded (default), Excluded only or All, including excluded |
| + Language | Products with no shared-catalogue text in the chosen language |
| Completeness < 80% | Products with less than 80% of required fields filled |
The Not ready: LV filter (or another language) appears when you open the list from Store readiness.
Click Clear to remove all filters.
Tip: filters are kept in the address bar. Copy the link so a colleague sees the same selection.

- Readiness — one bar per language (green = ready, yellow = needs completing, grey = no translation);
- Supplier — the main supplier (+N if there are more);
- Updated — when the product last changed.
Click a row to open the product card. The ⋯ menu at the end of the row also has Edit and Your changes and publishing.
