Open Stores → Queue. Every job sending a product to a store is shown here.
States
| State | Meaning |

| Pending | In the queue, not sent yet |
| Pending removal | The product will be removed from the store |
| Publishing… | Sending now |
| Published | Sent successfully |
| Error | Failed — see below |
| Removed | The product was removed from the store |
While something is being sent, the page refreshes itself every few seconds.
Actions
- Filter by store — shows one store's jobs only.
- Run pending (N) — sends all pending jobs now.
- Sent content — shows exactly what data was sent (useful if something looks different in the store).
- The Attempts column — how many times it was tried.
If there's an error
PIM doesn't retry automatically. Do this:
- Open the error row and read the message.
- Common causes: the store can't be reached, the API key was changed, the store is disabled (Active unticked), the product is missing a required field.
- Fix the cause and click Retry.
